Dental Community Fellowship (DCF) began at the Medical University of South Carolina as a Christian outreach to pre-doctoral and doctoral dental students. It is chartered as a non-profit local chapter of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations (cmda.org).

Several times a year trips are scheduled to foreign countries where participants are taught the use of portable equipment to render care including tooth cleaning, basic restorative care, and dental extractions. Participants from all classes are invited.

August 12-27.....Masindi, Uganda
Description: This will be our third year to return to Uganda. The plan this year is to reach out each day to a different Anglican congregation in the outlying portions of the diocese close to the Nile and Lake Albert. Dental care will be primarily be exactions. Cost for the trip will be $6-700 plus airfare.
